Class M-1 Distribution Amount definition
Class M-1 Distribution Amount means, as to any Remittance Date, the lesser of (a) the Amount Available less the sum of (i) any amounts paid to the Servicer pursuant to Section 8.03(a)(1) and (ii) the Class A Distribution Amount and (b) the Class M-1 Formula Distribution Amount for such Remittance Date; provided that after the Class M-1 Cross-over Date the Class M-1 Distribution Amount shall be zero.
Class M-1 Distribution Amount means, for any Payment Date, the lesser of (a) the Class M-1 Formula Distribution Amount and (b) that portion of the Amount Available eligible for distribution in respect of such amount in accordance with the priorities set forth in Section 8.04(b); provided that after the Class M-1 Cross-over Date the Class M-1 Distribution Amount shall be zero.
