Class M-6 Note definition

Class M-6 Note. Any Note executed and authenticated by the Securities Administrator substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-1 and designated as a Class M-6 Note.
Class M-6 Note. Any one of the Class M-6 Notes executed, authenticated and delivered by the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the form annexed as Exhibit A-12 of the Indenture.
