Class M Supplemental Interest Amount. As of any Payment Date, the sum of (i) the excess, if any, of (a) interest accrued on the Class M Notes during the related Collection Period at the Class M Formula Rate over (b) interest due on the Class M Notes at the Class M Note Rate, (ii) any Class M Supplemental Interest Amount remaining unpaid from prior Payment Dates and (iii) interest on the amount in clause (ii) at the Class M Formula Rate.
