Class Members definition

Class Members means all individuals in the Settlement Class, including the Class Representatives.

Examples of Class Members in a sentence

  • Any amount not approved by the Court will become part of the Net Settlement Fund to be distributed to Claiming Settlement Class Members.

  • Persons who submit a valid Opt-Out Request (and do not withdraw such request prior to the entry of the Final Approval Order) are not Settlement Class Members, and will not be bound by any final judgment entered in this case or the release contained in this Agreement.
