Class NR Certificate. A Certificate designated as “Class NR” on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-15 hereto, and evidencing (i) a “regular interest” in the Upper-Tier REMIC for purposes of the REMIC Provisions and (ii) an undivided beneficial ownership interest in the Grantor Trust.

Related to Class NR Certificate

  • Class A-R Certificate The Certificate executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-R and Exhibit C hereto.
