Class Principal Amount definition
Class Principal Amount. With respect to each Class of Certificates other than any Class of Notional Certificates, the aggregate of the Certificate Principal Amounts of all Certificates of such Class at the date of determination. With respect to each Class of Notional Certificates, zero.

Examples of Class Principal Amount in a sentence
Any increase in a Class Principal Amount on a Distribution Date pursuant to this Section 4.04(d) shall be made prior to giving effect to distributions on that Distribution Date.
To the extent that the Class Principal Amount of any Class of Certificates has been increased on account of Subsequent Recoveries pursuant to the provisions of subsection 5.03(e), the principal balance of the corresponding Lower Tier REMIC Interest shall be increased by the same amount.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, on any Distribution Date on which the Class Principal Amount of each Class of Certificates having a higher priority of distribution has been reduced to zero, any remaining Principal Distribution Amount will be distributed to the remaining Certificates in the order of priority set forth above until the Class Principal Amount of each such Class has been reduced to zero.

Class Principal Amount. With respect to each Class of Certificates (other than the Interest-Only Certificates and the Class R and Class LT-R Certificates), the aggregate of the Certificate Principal Amounts of all Certificates of such Class at the date of determination.
