Clean Condition definition

Clean Condition means “spotless” cleaning of the stove, oven, kitchen counters, all windows, floors, bathtub, toilets and sinks. The carpets are to be cleaned, vacuumed and shampooed. Should Premises need further cleaning, maintenance or repair after Tenants vacate, Tenants will reimburse Landlord for related expenses.
Clean Condition means free from any contamination which would in the reasonable opinion of the Head of Planning and Environmental Services prejudice the use of the Affordable Housing Units and/or the Affordable Housing Land for the purposes of Affordable Housing.
