Clean-up Call definition
Clean-up Call. The meaning specified in Section 9.1 hereof.
Clean-up Call. The termination of the Trust Fund hereunder pursuant to Section 9.01(a)(ii).
Clean-up Call. The optional purchase of the Mortgage Loans and all property acquired in respect of any Mortgage Loan remaining in the Trust Fund on any date on which the Aggregate Stated Principal Balance is less than 10% of the Aggregate Stated Principal Balance as of the Cut-off Date, in accordance with Section 7.01(d) of this Agreement.
Examples of Clean-up Call in a sentence
Payments of principal on the Notes in connection with a Clean-up Call, Tax Redemption, Auction Call Redemption or Optional Redemption will be made in accordance with Section 9.1 and the Priority of Payments.
The failure of any Optional Redemption, Clean-up Call or Tax Redemption that is withdrawn in accordance with this Indenture shall not constitute an Event of Default.

Clean-up Call is defined in Section 6.1 of the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
