Clearing Systems means, in relation to a Series of Securities, any of Euroclear, Clearstream, Luxembourg and DTC, as the case may be, and includes any additional or alternative clearing systems specified in the Issue Terms.

  • Any failure to make the entries in the records of the relevant Clearing Systems referred to herein shall not affect such discharge.

  • Neither the Issuer nor the Fiscal Agent will have any responsibility or liability for any aspect of the records relating to or payments made by DTC, Euroclear or Clearstream (together, the “Clearing Systems”) on account of beneficial ownership interests in the Global Securities or for maintaining, supervising or reviewing any records of the Clearing Systems relating to such beneficial ownership interests.

  • If any other payments are made in respect of the Notes represented by this temporary Global Note, the Issuer shall procure that a record of each such payment shall be entered pro rata in the records of the relevant Clearing Systems.

  • Following the exercise of any such option, the Issuer shall procure that the nominal amount of the Notes recorded in the records of the relevant Clearing Systems and represented by this Permanent Global Note shall be reduced accordingly.
