Client Components definition
Client Components means the hardware, software, other products, and other Content including, without limitation, those specified in a SOW as being provided by Client.
Client Components means the software client component(s) in object code form that Customer is permitted to download, install and use in connection with the Cloud Services and includes all additional client components, upgrades, enhancements and new version releases of any of the foregoing that may be provided by Lexmark from time to time and any accompanying documentation.
Client Components means the hardware, software and other products, data and Content that Client provides, including those specified in this Agreement. “Client data” includes Client’s collective Client personal data.

However, should the Client choose to create Client Components & Outputs, these can affect the operation of the Licensed Programs and/or the Hosted Environment and, ultimately, uptime service availability.
EPI-USE does not warrant secure operation of the Hosting Services or that it will be able to prevent third party disruptions of the Hosting Environment or Client Components.
In addition, the Client shall ensure that Client Components & Outputs and all its Content do not infringe any applicable laws, regulations or third party rights (including material which is obscene, indecent, pornographic, seditious, offensive, defamatory, threatening, liable to incite racial hatred or acts of terrorism, menacing, blasphemous or in breach of any third party copyright or other intellectual property rights) (“Inappropriate Content”).
Risk of loss for all Client Components shall at all times remain with Client.
Client acknowledges it is its responsibility to determine whether the Hosting Services, Hosting Environment, Client Components and their combination will meet Client’s capacity, performance, or scalability needs.
More Definitions of Client Components
Client Components means components of the Software, which T2 Systems makes available for downloading by Authorized Concurrent Users onto a personal computer or other personal electronic storage device solely for Authorized Purposes.

Customer Content excludes usage data, in aggregated, anonymised, or other de- identified form, derived from the use of the Cloud Services.
