Client File definition

Client File means an electronic or paper file that the Department marks with the names of one or more clients, into which the Department places all of the named clients' records. A "client file" may contain confidential information about other clients and persons who are not clients.
Client File means any printed, electronic or digital document, information or content that is uploaded or copied to the Website by a Client or its Authorised Users.

More Definitions of Client File

Client File means the physical paper folder containing the physical documents and/or the electronic folder or directory containing the electronic files, data or information related to the Initial Consultation Agreement and/or the Retainer Agreement for a particular Client.
