Client Program definition

Client Program means the object code form of the service application made available to Subscriber to be installed on Subscriber’s computing device/environment and used solely in connection with the Subscription Services.
Client Program means the proprietary OZ Instant Communication Solution application software modules residing on access devices as described in Exhibit A.
Client Program means a program provided by WingArc (Including, but not limited to, the agent function SPA Bridge Service and tools) through this Service, and installed on a terminal or server managed by the Customer and a virtual terminal or virtual server on the cloud.

More Definitions of Client Program

Client Program or the "Program" shall mean the Client's self-insured workers' compensation program which qualifies in all respects to such self-insured programs as defined in the Missouri Workers' Compensation Law, as such law is herein defined, and/or Client’s self-insured property/casualty program as the context requires.

Merchant means a party who has entered into a Merchant Services Agreement and/or a Cash Advance Participation Agreement with Discover Financial Services, Inc., that provides the terms and conditions governing the acceptance and Settlement of Card Transactions between DFS and such Merchant. Network means the Discover/NOVUS Network of Merchants. Open environment means use of gift/cash cards bearing the Discover/NOVUS Acceptance Marks that can be used at any participating Merchant. Person means any individual human being, or any individual created at law, including without limitation, a partnership or corporation. Processor means a certified processor of Card Transactions on the Discover/NOVUS Network, including, without limitation, Authorizations and the appropriate response to be sent to the Merchant. Processing Services means those services listed in Exhibit A of this Agreement.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Pilot program means the pilot program identified and funded through the Funding Agreement and described in that Funding Agreement and its attachments.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.
