Closing Condition definition

Closing Condition means a condition set out in Clause 3.1 and “Closing Conditions” means all those conditions;
Closing Condition means each of the conditions to the Closing set forth in ARTICLE IX.
Closing Condition shall have the meaning set forth in Section 15.14.

Examples of Closing Condition in a sentence

  • No waiver of any Closing Condition or any default under or breach of any provision, condition or requirement of this Agreement or any other Transaction Document shall be deemed to be a continuing waiver in the future or a waiver of any subsequent default or a waiver of any other provision, condition or requirement hereof, nor shall any delay or omission of any party to exercise any right hereunder in any manner impair the exercise of any such right.
