Closing Date of the Initial Public Offering definition

Closing Date of the Initial Public Offering means the time and date of payment for and delivery of Common Shares issued pursuant to the Initial Public Offering, excluding the Common Shares issuable upon exercise of the over-allotment option granted in connection with the Initial Public Offering.
Closing Date of the Initial Public Offering means the time and date of payment for and delivery of Common Shares issued pursuant to the Initial Public Offering. "Equity Shares" shall mean either Common Shares or Preferred Shares.
