Closing Date Revolving Commitments definition
Closing Date Revolving Commitments means, for each Revolving Lender, the amount set forth opposite such Revolving Lender’s name in Schedule 2.01 directly below the column entitled “Closing Date Revolving Commitments” or in the Assignment and Assumption Agreement pursuant to which such Lender assumed its Closing Date Revolving Commitment, as the same may be (a) reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 4.02 and (b) reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to assignments by or to such Lender pursuant to Section 13.04. The aggregate amount of Closing Date Revolving Commitments existing on the Closing Date shall be $150,000,000.
Closing Date Revolving Commitments means, for each Revolving Lender, the amount set forth opposite such Revolving Lender’s name in Schedule 2.01 directly below the column entitled “Closing Date Revolving Commitments”. The aggregate amount of Closing Date Revolving Commitments existing on the Closing Date shall be $100,000,000.
Closing Date Revolving Commitments means the $150,000,000 aggregate amount of Revolving Commitments existing on the Closing Date.

Each reduction of the Aggregate Commitments shall be made ratably among the Lenders in accordance with their respective Revolving Commitments; provided that the Borrower may, at any time, terminate the Closing Date Revolving Commitments on a non-pro rata basis with the other Revolving Commitments so long as all the Closing Date Revolving Commitments are being terminated.
