Examples of Closing Documentation in a sentence

  • On or prior to the Closing Date (subject to Section 3.1(f)), Optionor, the Members and Kite Realty shall execute and deliver the closing documentation attached hereto as Exhibit C (the "Closing Documentation").

  • Supporting Documentation means the documents listed in Schedule A of this Certificate which forms part of this

User Documentation may be modified from time to time by First Data or its third party provider(s).
