Cloud Computing Environment definition

Cloud Computing Environment means an on-demand network access to a shared pool of computing resources (e.g., networks, servers, storage, applications, and services), either local or remote, owned or rented that can be provisioned and released with minimal management effort or service provider interaction.
Cloud Computing Environment means a virtual, cloud-based networking solution managed / maintained by Customer or by a third- party cloud service provider on behalf of Customer, including Cloud Machine Instances. Use of Licensor Software in a Cloud Computing Environment shall be governed, among other things, by the TIBCO Cloud Computing Environment Licensing Policy (the “CCEL Policy”).
Cloud Computing Environment. ' means computing services and infrastructure including Cloud Machine Instances, offered by a third-party provider to the public using the public internet. Customer's use of Licensor Software in a Cloud Computing Environment shall be governed, among other things, by the TIBCO Cloud Computing Environment Licensing Policy (the “CCEL Policy”).

  • Operating Environment means, collectively, the platform, environment and conditions on, in or under which the Software is intended to be installed and operate, as set forth in the Statement of Work, including such structural, functional and other features, conditions and components as hardware, operating software and system architecture and configuration.
