CMS Data Services Hub definition

CMS Data Services Hub is the CMS managed, single data exchange for AEs to interface with Federal agency partners. Hub services allow for adherence to federal and industry standards for security, data transport, and data safeguards as well as CMS policy for AEs for eligibility determination and enrollment services;
CMS Data Services Hub. “Hub”) is the CMS federally-managed service to interface data among connecting entities, including HHS, certain other federal agencies, and State Medicaid agencies. The Hub is not available for the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP).
