Co-Documentation Agent means each of PNC Bank, National Association and U.S. Bank National Association in its capacity as co-documentation agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.

Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to the relevant Lenders in their respective capacities as Arranger, Syndication Agent or Co-Documentation Agent, as applicable, as it makes with respect to the Administrative Agent in Section 9.8.
