Licensee agrees to comply with the provisions of all applicable federal, state and City of Minneapolis statutes, ordinances and regulations pertaining to civil rights and nondiscrimination including, without limitation, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Minnesota Statutes, Section 181.59 and Chapter 363A, and Minneapolis Code of Ordinances, Chapter 139, which are hereby incorporated by reference.
Contractor agrees to follow and comply with the applicable Wisconsin Statutes, Wisconsin Administrative Code, the regulations promulgated by the State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, and of Sauk County Code of Ordinances.

When applicable, this penalty, unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement or in the CITY’S Code of Ordinances, as amended from time to time, shall accrue from the date the payment is due, as stated in the invoice, notice, or bill.
