Examples of Code42 Subscription Services in a sentence

  • Customer shall be responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes, customs fees and duties properly due and payable related to the Code42 Subscription Services and Professional Services, with the exception of taxes imposed on the income of Code42.

  • If elected, Public Cloud storage is provided by Code42 as part of the Code42 Subscription Services.

  • The Software uses industry standard, strong encryption algorithms to encrypt Customer’s files and secure Customer’s Data that Customer backs-up with the Code42 Subscription Services prior to any transmission from the Device where the Customer Data resides.

  • Customer is responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability and appropriateness of all Customer Data in connection with Customer’s use of the Code42 Subscription Services.

  • In the event cloud storage utilizing the Public Cloud is not included as part of the Code42 Subscription Services, Customer may elect to purchase storage on the Public Cloud independently on a standalone basis pursuant to a separate Quote.

  • Code42 reserves the right to suspend any Code42 Subscription Services, Professional Services and/or Transition Services until such amounts are paid in full.

  • In addition to any Customer responsibilities and related requirements noted in this Agreement, a Quote or a SOW, Customer is responsible for all actions of its Authorized Users while accessing and using the Code42 Subscription Services and Software, including without limitation, use of user names, passwords or other login credentials of Customer.

  • Code42 Subscription Services may require activation via a license key, which will require an Internet connection to complete activation.

  • Subject to the limited rights expressly granted hereunder, Code42 and/or its licensors reserve all right, title and interest in the Software, the Code42 Subscription Services and Documentation, including all related intellectual property rights.

  • Customer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of, the Code42 Subscription Services and shall notify Code42 promptly of any unauthorized use of which it becomes aware.

Related to Code42 Subscription Services

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Subscription Service means the PROS software applications subscribed to by Customer under an Order and made available online by PROS as described in the Documentation. “Subscription Service” excludes Professional Services and Free Trial Services.

  • Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.
