Collaborative Program. Collaborative Program means the joint initiative to be undertaken by the Parties to Develop and Commercialize, and conduct Legal Activities with respect to, the Product in the U.S. Territory within the Field as described in Articles 5, 6 and 7 and in the Annual Collaboration Plans.
