Collateral Access Agreements definition
Collateral Access Agreements means a landlord waiver, mortgagee waiver, bailee letter or similar acknowledgment of any lessor, warehouseman or processor in possession of any Collateral or on whose property any Collateral is located in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.
Collateral Access Agreements means a collateral access agreement in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Collateral Agent between Collateral Agent and any lessor, warehouseman, processor, bailee, consignee, or other Person in possession of, having a Lien upon, or having rights or interests in, any Credit Party’s books and records or assets.

More Definitions of Collateral Access Agreements

Collateral Access Agreements means any landlord waivers, mortgagee waivers, bailee letters and any similar usage, access or acknowledgment agreements of any Person, such as a warehouseman, processor, lienholder or lessor, in possession of any assets of any Borrower or any other Credit Party, in each case in form and substance satisfactory to the US Agent.
