Collateral Assignment of Leases means each of the collateral assignments of leases, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, heretofore or hereafter executed and delivered by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Banks, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
