Collateral Call definition

Collateral Call means a notice to a Participant that additional Collateral, or possibly early payment, is required in order to remain in, or to regain, compliance with Tariff, Attachment Q.
Collateral Call means all (but not part only) of the Collateral is called for redemption or repayment prior to its scheduled maturity date.
Collateral Call means notice is given by the Collateral Obligor that the Collateral is called for redemption or repayment in whole in accordance with the provisions of Collateral Condition 4.2 (Redemption at the Option of the Issuer), Collateral Condition 4.3 (Issuer Clean-Up Call), or Collateral Condition 4.4 (Redemption upon a Tax Event).
