Collateral Coverage Ratio Certificate definition

Collateral Coverage Ratio Certificate means an Officer’s Certificate calculating the Collateral Coverage Ratio substantially in the form of Exhibit H hereto.
Collateral Coverage Ratio Certificate means an Officer’s Certificate of the Borrower setting forth in reasonable detail the calculation of the Collateral Coverage Ratio.

Collateral Coverage Ratio Certificate means a certificate, signed on behalf of the Company by any one of the officers of the Company permitted to sign an Officer’s Certificate, calculating the Collateral Coverage Ratio in accordance with this Indenture.
