Collateral Loans definition

Collateral Loans means the loans evidenced by the Collateral Notes.
Collateral Loans. Each of the Mortgage Loans, Mezzanine Loans, Subordinated Loans, Participation Interests and CMBS that are pledged to the Agent and accepted by the Lenders as Collateral.
Collateral Loans means all Instruments, Mortgage Loan Documents and Custodial Files now owned or hereafter acquired by Borrowers and pledged or purported to be pledged to Lender under the Loan Agreement.

  • With respect to Additional Collateral Loans subserviced by MLCC, the Subservicing Agreement shall also include the Addendum and Assignment Agreement and the Pledged Asset Mortgage Servicing Agreement.

  • In the event that the Borrower receives any payments in respect of or other proceeds of Collateral Loans or other Collateral or any capital contribution, the Borrower shall pay such payments or other proceeds to the Collateral Agent promptly and, in no event, later than two Business Days after the Borrower’s receipt thereof.

  • It shall not acquire any Collateral Loan or other property other than as expressly permitted under the Facility Documents, it being understood and agreed that the Borrower shall be permitted to acquire Collateral Loans from the Servicer, the Equityholder and/or their Affiliates and from unaffiliated third parties.

More Definitions of Collateral Loans

Collateral Loans means each loan and Lease owned or acquired by FH Partners, and each loan evidenced by an REO Note and each and every other loan or Lease (or interest therein or proceeds thereof) now or at any time hereafter owned by FH Partners, and any judgment which arises as a result of judicial action to resolve rights or claims under such a loan or lease.
Collateral Loans means the loans evidenced by the Collateral Notes. The Collateral Loans are more fully described on Schedule II.

Collateral Loans means those construction loans made by Borrower in compliance with its loan policies that do not exceed the amount of $600,000, do not exceed an aggregate of $2,000,000 to any one entity or person, and are not more than one year old, which from time to time pledged to secure the Line of Credit and otherwise satisfy the terms and conditions set forth in Sections 2.04, 4.03 and 4.04 herein. Notwithstanding the limits set forth hereinabove, in the event a loan pledged exceeds $600,000, only $600,000 shall be used to calculate the amount pledged pursuant to Section 2.04.(a)(ii). (i.e. if a loan amount is $736,000, only 67% of $600,000 will be added to the aggregate amount pledged).

Related to Collateral Loans

  • Collateral Loan means a loan, debt obligation, debt security or participation therein acquired by the Borrower.

  • Lender PMI Loans Mortgage Loans with respect to which the lender rather than the borrower acquired the primary mortgage guaranty insurance and charged the related borrower an interest premium.
