Collateral Pool Expenses definition

Collateral Pool Expenses. As defined in Section 2.11(b).
Collateral Pool Expenses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.11.4(a).
Collateral Pool Expenses in Section 2.11(b) of the Master Indenture shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

Examples of Collateral Pool Expenses in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, during the continuance of an Early Amortization Period, all amounts on deposit in the Release Account will be transferred as Unscheduled Proceeds into the Collection Account and applied as Unscheduled Principal Payments, after payment of Collateral Pool Expenses in accordance with Section 2.11(b) of the Indenture, on the Payment Date following the occurrence of such Early Amortization Period.

  • In the event that any such optional redemption is to occur on any Payment Date, the applicable Issuer(s) shall deposit (or cause to be deposited) amounts (other than Available Amounts) that, when combined with the Available Amount on such Payment Date, will be sufficient in order to pay in full all Collateral Pool Expenses for such Payment Date in accordance with Section 2.11(b).

  • Collateral Pool means, at any time, each Portfolio Investment that has been Delivered (as defined in the Guarantee and Security Agreement) to the Collateral Agent and is subject to the Lien of the Guarantee and Security Agreement, and then only for so long as such Portfolio Investment continues to be Delivered as contemplated therein and in which the Collateral Agent has a first-priority perfected Lien as security for the Secured Obligations (subject to any Lien permitted by Section 6.02 hereof with respect to such Portfolio Investment), provided that in the case of any Portfolio Investment in which the Collateral Agent has a first-priority perfected (subject to Permitted Liens under clause (g) of the definition thereof) security interest pursuant to a valid Uniform Commercial Code filing, such Portfolio Investment may be included in the Collateral Pool so long as all remaining actions to complete “Delivery” are satisfied in full within the longest period of (i) seven (7) days of such inclusion and (ii) as the Collateral Agent may agree in its reasonable discretion.

  • Collection Costs means an amount that the Municipality can charge with regard to the enforcement of a consumer’s monetary obligations;

  • Permitted Expenses means the reasonable and documented costs and expenses incurred by the Agents and the Lenders (and their respective agents or professional advisors) in connection with the preparation, administration, amendment and due diligence of this Agreement and the other Credit Documents and, which costs and expenses the Borrower shall reimburse to the Administrative Agent or shall pay or cause to be paid in accordance with the Credit Documents. “Permitted Expenses” shall include, without limitation, the expenses set forth in Sections 5.10 and 9.2 hereof.

  • Collateral costs as used in this clause, means agency cost of operation, maintenance, logistic support, or Government-furnished property.

  • Servicing Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.
