Collateral Security Documents definition
Collateral Security Documents. Any document or instrument given to secure or guaranty the Mortgage Loan, including without limitation, the Mortgage, each as amended, supplemented, assigned, extended or otherwise modified from time to time.
Collateral Security Documents means, individually and collectively, (a) the Security Agreements and the financing statements filed pursuant thereto, and (b) the Pledge and Security Agreements, and (c) any additional documents guaranteeing indebtedness, assuring performance of obligations, subordinating indebtedness, or granting security or Collateral to Administrative Agent hereunder, all as amended from time to time.
Collateral Security Documents means, individually and collectively, (1) the Membership Interest Pledge Agreement, all financing statements filed pursuant thereto, and all other instruments (including membership interest certificates) and documents otherwise executed and/or delivered pursuant thereto and (2) any additional documents, including any deposit account control agreements, granting security to Lender pursuant to this Restated Note or required or delivered in connection with any other Loan Document, all as amended modified, supplemented or restated and in effect from time to time.

The ownership of the Trust Notes, the Mortgages, the Collateral Security Documents and all other contents of the Mortgage Loan File shall be vested in the Trust or the Trustee in trust for the benefit of the Certificateholders and, except for the Trust Notes, for the benefit of the Companion Loan Holder(s).

Collateral Security Documents means any right, document or instrument given as security for the Note, including, without limitation, the Mortgage, the Assignment of Leases and the Assignment of Consulting Agreements, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Collateral Security Documents means together the Additional Corporate Guarantees, the Collateral Mortgages, the Collateral Assignments and the Collateral Pledge;

Collateral Security Documents means, collectively, the pledge agreements, the stock pledge agreements, collateral assignments, credit agreement and other instruments and documents described as items 1-16 on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
