Collection Practices. Escrow Deposits:
Collection Practices has the meaning set forth in Section 4.11(a) hereto.

  • If Client desires that its patients be able to pay their accounts utilizing credit cards, then Emergicon shall accept credit card payments on behalf of Client’s patients in a manner that is secure and agreed upon by the parties, and only to the extent possible and feasible, without making Emergicon a collection agency and responsible for compliance with the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and other state or federal debt collection laws.

  • Compliance shall include but not be limited to Fair Debt Collection Practices as they may be enforced, adopted or amended.

  • Owner authorizes Broker to make all reasonable efforts to enforce the terms of the lease, in accordance with the Oklahoma Residential Landlord Tenant Act and any applicable Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
