Combination Use definition

Combination Use means Use of the Software in combination or conjunction with any of the following, unless such Use is prescribed in the Documentation: (i) any software other than the Software (including any Licensee Extension or Licensee Modification); (ii) any apparatus other than a Designated Unit; and/or (iii) any activities of Licensee or its authorized Affiliates not licensed under this Agreement.
Combination Use means use of any Computer System outside the scope of the license granted herein or use of the Computer Systems in combination or conjunction with any software other than the Computer Systems, any unauthorized modifications under Section 1.3, or combination with any Licensee hardware.
Combination Use means a Licensed Use (as defined below) that is sold together in combination with one (1) or more products, processes or services which are not Licensed Uses. LICENSEE acknowledges that a Combination Use shall not include any product, process or service which is expressly excluded under this Agreement, including, but not limited to the exclusions specified in Section 1.6.

Examples of Combination Use in a sentence

  • SAP makes no representation with respect to the possibility of infringement by Combination Use of the Software.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing sentence, Licensor shall not indemnify Licensee with respect to the possibility of infringement by Combination Use of the Computer Systems.

  • As used herein, "Combination Use" means use of any Computer System outside the scope of the license granted herein or use of the Computer Systems in combination or conjunction with any software other than the Computer Systems, any unauthorized modifications under Section 1.3, or combination with any Licensee hardware.

  • SAP makes no representation with respect to the possibility of infringement by Combination Use of the SAP Software.

  • As used herein, Combination Use means Use of the SAP Software in conjunction with any of the following: (i) any software other than the SAP Software or (ii) any apparatus other than a Designated Unit (each individual computer in which the Software and Third-Party Database are installed), unless such Use is prescribed in the Documentation.


More Definitions of Combination Use

Combination Use of software means Use of software in combination or conjunction with any of the following, unless such Use is shown to be infringing when not in combination or conjunction with any of the following, or unless such use is expressly described in the user documentation or expressly identified as noninfringing in this Agreement:

Combination Use means use of the Software or Company materials in combination or conjunction with any of the following: (i) any software other than the Software; (ii) any apparatus other than a platform or hardware prescribed by Company as compatible for use with the Software and/or
Combination Use means the use of a Single Agent Product in combination with at least one other product that is not a Product for the diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any indication, where such Single Agent Product and other product are packaged and sold separately.
Combination Use means a Licensed Product that is sold together in combination with one (1) or more products, processes or services which are not Licensed Products or Licensed Uses.
Combination Use means the Use of the Licensed Software in combination or in conjunction with any of the following: 1.) any software not provided by Symbol; or 2.) any apparatus, device or equipment not provided by Symbol; or;
Combination Use means use of an item in combination or conjunction with any of the following, unless such use is shown to be infringing when not in combination or conjunction with any of the following, or unless such use is expressly an Authorized Use or expressly identified as non-infringing in this Agreement: (a) any item other than the item in question; (b) any apparatus other than hardware; and/or (c) any non-use activities by any person or entity.
