Commingling definition

Commingling means the connecting, attaching, or otherwise linking of an Unbundled Network Element, or a Combination of Unbundled Network Elements, to one or more facilities or services that a requesting Telecommunications Carrier has obtained at wholesale from Qwest, or the combination of an Unbundled Network Element, or a Combination of Unbundled Network Elements, with one or more such facilities or services.
Commingling means the connecting, attaching, or otherwise linking of a Network Element, or a Network Element combination, to one or more telecommunications services or facilities that Southern Telecom has obtained at wholesale from BellSouth, or the combining of a Network Element or Network Element combination with one or more such wholesale telecommunications services or facilities.
Commingling means the connecting, attaching, or otherwise linking of a UNE, or a combination of UNEs, to one or more facilities or services that CLEC has obtained at wholesale from AT&T, or the combining of a UNE, or a combination of UNEs, with one or more such facilities or services. “Commingle” means the act of commingling.

  • The rates and charges for UNEs, Combinations, Commingling, routine network modifications, and other services, facilities and arrangements, offered under this Attachment shall be as provided in this Attachment and the Pricing Attachment.
