The rates and charges for UNEs, Combinations, Commingling, routine network modifications, and other services, facilities and arrangements, offered under this Attachment shall be as provided in this Attachment and the Pricing Attachment.
Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment, Verizon shall be obligated to provide Combinations, Commingling and Conversions only to the extent provision of such Combinations, Commingling and Conversions are required by the Federal Unbundling Rules.
Commingling: The connecting, attaching, or otherwise linking of an unbundled Network Element, or a combination of unbundled Network Elements, to one or more facilities or services that CLEC has obtained at wholesale from CenturyLink or the combining of an unbundled Network Element, or a combination of unbundled Network Elements with one or more such facilities or services.

Commingling is defined as set forth in FCC Rule 51.5. Verizon shall, upon request of AT&T, perform the functions necessary to commingle a UNE or Combination with one or more facilities or services or inputs that AT&T has obtained at wholesale from Verizon.
