Examples of Commissioned Data Processing in a sentence

  • This Commissioned Data Processing Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the obligations of the contracting parties in connection with the processing of the Controller’s personal data by the Processor under the agreement mentioned in Attachment 1 (“Principal Agreement”).

  • The "Supplementary Terms and Conditions for Commissioned Data Processing" agreed with the customer shall apply in the case of commissioned data processing.

  • The term of this Commissioned Data Processing Agreement shall correspond to the term of the Principal Agreement.

  • If the Processor or a person it employs breaches provisions to protect personal data or this Commissioned Data Processing Agreement (including any instructions issued), the Controller must be notified in writing without delay.

Related to Commissioned Data Processing

  • Data Processing shall have the same meaning as set out in the DPA.

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • Service Data means a subset of Confidential Information comprised of electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within a Service by You, Agents and End-Users in connection with Your use of such Service, which may include, without limitation, Personal Data (but shall not include the Personal Data of Your Agents in the context of Account Information as described in the Privacy Policy).

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Data Processor means an entity that processes Personal Data on behalf of a Data Controller.
