This Commissioned Data Processing Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the obligations of the contracting parties in connection with the processing of the Controller’s personal data by the Processor under the agreement mentioned in Attachment 1 (“Principal Agreement”).
The "Supplementary Terms and Conditions for Commissioned Data Processing" agreed with the customer shall apply in the case of commissioned data processing.
