Commitment Fee Percentage definition
Commitment Fee Percentage means, with respect to the Revolving Loan Commitments at any time, the per annum percentage which is used to calculate Commitment Fees for such Revolving Loan Commitments determined pursuant to the Pricing Grid.
Commitment Fee Percentage shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Pricing Side Letter.
Commitment Fee Percentage means 0.50% per annum.

In the event that the Administrative Agent and the Borrower determine in good faith that any financial statement or Compliance Certificate delivered pursuant to Section 6.01 is inaccurate (regardless of whether this Agreement or the Revolving Commitments are in effect when such inaccuracy is discovered), and such inaccuracy, if corrected would have led to a higher Commitment Fee Percentage for any Applicable Period than the Commitment Fee Percentage applied for such Applicable Period, then (i) the Borrower shall immediately deliver to the Administrative Agent a correct Compliance Certificate for such Applicable Period, (ii) the Commitment Fee Percentage shall be determined by reference to the corrected Compliance Certificate (but in no event shall the Lenders owe any amounts to the Borrower) and (iii) the Borrower shall within five (5) Business Days of demand therefor by the Administrative Agent pay to the Administrative Agent the additional fees owing as a ...
