Commitment Percentage definition

Commitment Percentage is set forth in Schedule 1.1, as amended from time to time.
Commitment Percentage means, as to any Lender at any time, the ratio of (a) the amount of the Commitment of such Lender to (b) the Aggregate Commitment of all of the Lenders.
Commitment Percentage means, for any Lender, the percentage identified as its Commitment Percentage on Schedule 2.1(a), as such percentage may be modified in connection with any assignment made in accordance with the provisions of Section 11.3.

Examples of Commitment Percentage in a sentence

  • The applicable Investors in each Investor Group hereby agree to make Advances in an aggregate amount for each Investor Group equal to such Investor Group’s Commitment Percentage of the L/C Reimbursement Amount to pay the L/C Provider.

  • By way of example, in a situation where there is a Letter of Credit outstanding, an Investor Group that does not include the Series 2025-1 Class A-1 Subfacility Noteholders shall be required to fund a percentage of an Advance greater than its Commitment Percentage (up to 100% of such Advance) in order to achieve its pro rata share of the Series 2025-1 Class A-1 Outstanding Principal Amount.

More Definitions of Commitment Percentage

Commitment Percentage means, as to any Lender, such Lender’s Revolving Credit Commitment Percentage or Term Loan Percentage, as applicable.
Commitment Percentage of any Lender shall mean the percentage set forth below such Lender's name on the signature page hereof as same may be adjusted upon any assignment by a Lender pursuant to Section 16.3(b) hereof.
Commitment Percentage means the percentage of the total Commitments (disregarding any Defaulting Lender’s Commitment) represented by such Lender’s Commitment. If the Commitments have terminated or expired, the Commitment Percentages shall be determined based upon the Commitments most recently in effect, giving effect to any assignments and to any Lender’s status as a Defaulting Lender at the time of determination.
Commitment Percentage means the Revolving Commitment Percentage and/or the Term Loan Commitment Percentage, as appropriate.
Commitment Percentage means the ratio of (a) the amount of the Commitment of a Lender to (b) the Commitment of all the Lenders; provided, however, that if at the time of determination the Commitments have terminated or been reduced to zero, the “Commitment Percentage” of each Lender shall be the Commitment Percentage of such Lender in effect immediately prior to such termination or reduction.
Commitment Percentage means, as to any Lender, the percentage of the Total Commitment obtained by dividing such Lender's Commitment by the Total Commitment.
Commitment Percentage as to any Lender at any time, the percentage which such Lender's Commitment then constitutes of the aggregate Commitments (or, at any time after the Commitments shall have expired or terminated, the percentage which the aggregate principal amount of such Lender's Loans then outstanding constitutes of the aggregate principal amount of the Loans then outstanding).
