Commitment Period Expiration Date definition

Commitment Period Expiration Date means the earliest to occur of (a) the Final Payment Date and (b) the date on which any Commitment Termination Event occurs.
Commitment Period Expiration Date means the Maturity Date.
Commitment Period Expiration Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.19.
