Commitment Ratios definition

Commitment Ratios means the percentages in which the Lenders are severally bound to make Advances to the Borrower under the Facility A Commitment, which as of the Agreement Date are set forth on Schedule 1 attached hereto (together with dollar amounts).

Commitment Ratios means the percentages in which the Lenders are severally bound to make Advances to the Borrower under the Commitment, which are set forth (together with dollar amounts) on SCHEDULE 1 attached hereto as of the Agreement Date.

Commitment Ratios means, with respect to any Commitment, or once funded, for any Loan, the Commitment Ratios of all of the Lenders with respect to such Commitment and/or Loan. As of the Closing Date, the Commitment Ratios of the Lenders party to this Agreement are as set forth on Schedule 5 attached thereto.

Commitment Ratios means, for each Lender, on any date of determination, the proportion which the portion of the aggregate amount of such Lender’s Revolving Credit Commitment then in effect under this Agreement bears to the Total Revolving Credit Commitment then in effect.

Commitment Ratios means the percentages in which the Lenders are severally bound to make Advances to the Borrowers, which are set forth (together with dollar amounts) on Schedule 2 hereto, calculated as ratios equal to the result of dividing each Lender’s Commitment by the Total Commitment, as the same may be adjusted from time to time as a result of a Commitment Increase or an assignment.
