Common Partner definition

Common Partner means any Limited Partner in its capacity as owner of one or more Common Units.
Common Partner means a Partner holding Common Interests of the Company.
Common Partner means any one of the Common Partners.

  • Each .01% of the Net Asset Value of the Company shall entitle the Common Partner of record thereof to one vote and each fraction thereof shall entitle the Common Partner of record thereof to a vote equal to such fraction.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Common Partner Related Parties shall continue to assist in marketing Designated Real Property to third parties pursuant to Section 4.15(c).

  • The Offer Notice shall include the proposed purchase price (which shall not be less than the most recently appraised value of the Designated Real Property), the proposed transaction structure, the assumption of any related indebtedness, if applicable, and the other material terms and conditions of the proposed acquisition as determined by the Common Partner Related Party (the “Common Partner Offer”).

  • Common Units are non-voting interests in the Partnership except as provided in this Agreement, and include any and all benefits to which such Common Partner is entitled as provided in this Agreement, together with all obligations of such Common Partner to comply with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
