Common Security Agent definition

Common Security Agent has the meaning given to it in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Common Security Agent means Nordic Trustee Oy or any successor, transferee, replacement or assignee thereof, which has become the Security Agent in accordance with the Intercreditor Agreement, holding the Common Transaction Security on behalf of the Common Secured Parties.
Common Security Agent means GLAS Trust Company LLC, in its capacity as Collateral Trustee under and as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement.

Examples of Common Security Agent in a sentence

  • The Common Security Agent shall not be bound to account to any other Secured Party for any sum or the profit element of any sum received by it for its own account.

  • The Common Security Agent may accept deposits from, lend money to and generally engage in any kind of banking or other business with any member of the Group.
