Common Utilities definition

Common Utilities means any shared utilities serving the residential structures located on ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, such as but not limited to, the sewer lines, water lines, electrical lines and other utility systems, to the extent that they may currently be interconnected or may be interconnected in the future.
Common Utilities mean storm and sanitary sewer systems, including storm water retention/detention facilities, lift stations and disposal plants, water treatment and filtration facilities, water storage and distribution facilities and other common utilities that serve the Shopping Center directly, whether or not located thereon, which have not been installed by or dedicated to a governmental authority or private utility.
Common Utilities means all utility lines, equipment, facilities and other property, including but not limited to gas lines, sewer lines, water lines, electric lines, cable television lines, telephone lines, and any other similar utility that may service the Property in the future, and any lawn sprinkler system now or hereafter located on either Lot 15W or Lot 15E or on both Lots, and which service both of the Lots or a Common Facility.
