Company Data Processing Contract definition

Company Data Processing Contract means any Contract to which the Company or any Subsidiary is or was a party or by which the Company or any Subsidiary is or was bound, that relates to the collection, use, disclosure, transfer, transmission, storage, hosting, disposal, retention, interception or other processing of Private Information or Customer Data by the Company, a Subsidiary, or a third party acting for or on behalf of the Company or any Subsidiary.
Company Data Processing Contract means any Contract to which the Company or any Subsidiary is or was a party or by which the Company or any Subsidiary is or was bound, that relates to the collection, use, disclosure, transfer, transmission, storage, hosting, disposal, retention, interception or other processing of Company Data: (A) by a third party for or on behalf of the Company or any Subsidiary, or (B) by Company or any Subsidiary for or on behalf of a third party.
Company Data Processing Contract means any Contract to which the Company is or was a party or by which the Company is or was bound, that relates to the collection, use, disclosure, transfer, transmission, storage, hosting, disposal, retention, interception or other processing of Private Information or Customer Data by the Company or a third party acting for or on behalf of the Company.
