Comparable Class definition

Comparable Class means a class which is a transfer from the employee’s current class. See “Transfer”.
Comparable Class means, for the purpose of this regulation, the same or similar vehicle type. This includes, but is not limited to, vehicle type (passenger car, cross-over, sport utility or truck) and number of passengers.
Comparable Class means, with respect to any Property, a standard of operation and maintenance consistent with properties comparable to and in the same metropolitan area as the applicable Property.

Examples of Comparable Class in a sentence

  • At a minimum, Tenant’s provision of the various services, repairs and maintenance of the Project shall be consistent with such services, repairs and maintenance in Comparable Class Buildings and the companies to be engaged by Tenant shall be professional, licensed and insured.

  • Comparable Class ‘C’ base rents for the Halifax peninsula are approximately $10.50 per square foot plus Additional Rent and Property Taxes estimated at $13.14 per square foot.

  • Grantor may, at all times, lease to any Person space within each Property in a manner consistent with other Comparable Class properties comparable to the applicable Property and then current market conditions existing in the applicable market area in which such Property is located, and otherwise in accordance with this Mortgage.
