Calculation and distribution of this Compensation Pool is set forth in detail in Article 14.
Each of the undersigned further confirms that nothing in this contract is designed or intended to defeat or circumvent any provisions of the collective bargaining agreement dated August 4, 2011, including but not limited to the Rookie Compensation Pool and Salary Cap provisions; however, any conduct permitted by that Agreement shall not be considered a violation of this confirmation.
A corresponding amount shall also be added to that Club’s Total Rookie Allocation and to the Total Rookie Compensation Pool, based upon the amount described above.
For each year that this Agreement is in effect, there is hereby established a Discretionary Executive Incentive Compensation Pool (the "DEICP").
