Compiled Data definition

Compiled Data means information that is derived from the selection, collection, or reformulation of all or some of the information from the records of more than one case or judicial proceeding.
Compiled Data means data that is derived from the selection or reformulation of specific database fields within the Department’s CMS. It is a listing of individual court records that may contain data elements as defined in Section 4.40(b). Except as otherwise provided in this policy, Compiled Data shall not contain any names of parties associated with a case. Compiled Data reports include all compilations of electronic court records that are public and reside in the Department’s CMS.
Compiled Data means all the data included in the Chase Database, and which is either (1) Imported Data stored without modification from its original source (which may be either Customer, DynaMark as agent for a Third Party or Third Party) or (2) data calculated or derived from Imported Data.

Examples of Compiled Data in a sentence

  • Customer agrees that it shall reimburse DynaMark for DynaMark's actual cost to produce the Compiled Data, plus expenses.

  • Customer acknowledges and agrees that: (x) CENTEGIX owns the CENTEGIX Compiled Data and all intellectual property rights in and to the CENTEGIX Compiled Data, and (y) that CENTEGIX is free to use CENTEGIX Compiled data for any lawful purpose including without limitation creation of statistical analysis, trend analysis, creation of data models, and creation of statistical rules, for resale.

  • DynaMark's obligation to furnish Customer this Chase Database data is subject to the Third Party data suppliers express approval of such provision of such portion of the Compiled Data, if applicable; and DynaMark's receipt of all payment properly due under and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, up to and including the effective date of termination.

  • THE CLERK’S OFFICE agrees to issue non-exclusive access to Electronic Compiled Data (hereinafter referred to as “Data”) to Subscriber to allow the Subscriber to access, use and customize the “Data” for the benefit of the Subscriber.

Compiled Data means electronic court records that have been generated by computerized searches of Trial Court case management database(s) resulting in the compilation of specific data elements.

Compiled Data means any work formed by (a) the selection, collection and assembling of pre-existing materials or of data from another Person or the public domain that are selected, collected, coordinated or arranged in such a way that the resulting work constitutes an original work of authorship or (b) a Derivative Work created from such materials or data.

Related to Compiled Data

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • De-identified data means information that has all Personally Identifiable Information, including direct and indirect identifiers removed or obscured, such that the remaining information does not reasonably identify an individual. This includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, demographic information, location information and school identity.

  • Protected Data means Student Data and/or Teacher or Principal Data, to the extent applicable to the product or service actually being provided to the District by Vendor pursuant to the Master Agreement.
