Computation of time means the time within which an act is to be done. It shall be computed by excluding the first day and including the last day; and if the last day is Sunday or a legal holiday, that day shall be excluded;

Computation of time. In computing any period of time prescribed or allowed by this Article, the day of the act or event or default upon which a period of time begins to run shall not be included. The last day of the time period shall be included unless it is a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday.

In computing any period of time prescribed or allowed in the Agreement, the day of the act, event, or occurrence from which the designated period of time begins to run shall not be included. When the last day of any time period for taking action falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, or when the Office is closed for business for all or part of the day, the action may be taken on the next succeeding workday. "Day" means calendar day unless otherwise specified.
