Computer Model definition

Computer Model means the computer model used to prepare the Initial Projection, as amended from time to time in accordance with Clause 6.11 (Computer Model) or as otherwise agreed between the Borrower and the Agent.

Examples of Computer Model in a sentence

  • As used in the Computer Model, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below.

  • In the event of a conflict between a definition in the Coke Purchase Agreement and that in this Schedule, this Schedule will govern for purposes of the Computer Model.
