In the event of SAP fails to meet the SA SLA for PRD Computing Environment as specified in Section 2 above for three (3) consecutive months, Customer may terminate the applicable Order Form by providing SAP with written notice within thirty (30) days of Customer’s receipt of the respective Service Level report.
