Computing service definition

Computing service means a computing activity or computing solution provided by an outside service provider and in which service the public utility or its affiliate does not have and will not obtain an ownership interest.
Computing service means a service provider: 1. In the business of storing, managing and processing electronic data; 2. That provides access to and use of software and/or a network of remote servers hosted away from your Insured Premises to store, manage or process such data; and with whom you have a written contract to provide such services.
