Buyer may require, as a Buyer’s Condition Precedent to the Closing, that Seller execute an estoppel agreement and/or a subordination agreement in a form acceptable to Buyer, confirming that, as of the Closing, (a) the Seller shall have no further interest in the Property or any portion thereof or any improvements thereon.
The Buyer may terminate or void this Agreement if any Condition Precedent is not satisfied, or if there is a violation in any of the Seller’s Warranties.
