Conditional Waiver and Release Upon Final Payment definition

Conditional Waiver and Release Upon Final Payment means a written statement, in form of Exhibit “XIX”, containing a waiver and release of liens prepared and executed by Contractor or a Major Subcontractor, as applicable.
Conditional Waiver and Release Upon Final Payment means a written statement in the form prescribed by California Civil Code § 8136, as such form may be amended from time to time, the current form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit F-1.
